Half-Dimensional Weight

Shipment's weight deteMYRine by comparing actual weight and Dimensional Weight, charge whichever is higher.

If too much parcel(s) which is unable to pack together, will have to pack separately. Total charges based on total summary of each package.

Dimensional Weight is calculated after the shipment is packaged using foMYRula (Height x Width x Length)cm ÷ 6000

 

Half-Dimensional Weight is charged based on actual weight and Dimensional Weight divided by 2

 

Example: Parcel A, Actual Weight is 4kg

 

40cm x 40cm x 30cm	=	8kg Dimensional Weight
6000

 

Half-Dimensional Weight calculation: (4kg + 8kg) ÷ 2 = 6kg

Additional Service (Optional)

Packing with additional boxes will be charged MYR6.5/box

This service can be optional.

If you are worried about the fragility of the package, you can choose to pack an extra box.

*Attention: The original box will not be removed, it's packed with extra box.

If your item is too big to fit in the box, charges will not be applied.

South Korea Shipping Process

• Purchase goods with Korean sellers > Provide them our South Korea's warehouse address and label your account marker and arrange delivery to the warehouse > login to www.mii2u.com.my > Submit shipping order
• All goods will be transfer to our Malaysia's warehouse(Klang) > InfoMYR customer the shipping fee > Waiting for payment > Proceed delivery once payment confiMYRed > Customer received goods order
• *Once goods are reached South Korea's warehouse will be arranged and stored in our Malaysia's warehouse(Shah Alam)
• *Once goods are reached Shah Alam, we will proceed picking and packing according to the submitted shipping order before delivery

Basic instructions before shipping

• 1. Number of flights per week：Tuesday，Wednesday，Thursday，Friday，Saturday，Sunday
• 2. How to calculate Half-Dimensional Weight? Calculation：(Height x Width x Length)/6000 + actual weight /2 = Dimensional Weight
• - How to calculate Full-Dimensional Weight? (Height x Width x Length)/6000 = Dimensional Weight

• 3. How to calculate Free-Dimensional Weight? According to actual weight of each package
• 4. Regular Goods，foods，cosmetics，skin care products are allowed to use air freight for shipping
• - If the customer concealed a false report of the consignment with prohibited goods such as, drugs, flammables, high pressure gas (spray), all legal responsibilities shall be borne by the customer.
• 5. The Korean warehouse will not provide services for unpacking and reducing the volume.
• 6. Please fill in your account marker for each package.
• 7. Volume: calculate by Half-Dimensional Weight
• 8. What can't be shipped?
• - Weapons, drugs, batteries, sprays, perfume, essential oil, candles, alcoholic beverage
• 9. Sensitve goods can be shipped?
• - masks, skin care product, foods, health products etc.

Under-receipt of goods

• 1. The corresponding product name of the goods is required on the invoice, and it will not be accepted if it is not declared
• 2. Please give feedback within 48 hours from the date of receipt by the recipient, and you must sign the note in the presence of the courier. The package is damaged and the photo is provided to us. Overdue will not be accepted.
• 3. After acceptance, our company will ask the freight forwarders of each unit-courier company / Korean operation warehouse / local recipient / dispatcher to confiMYR whether it is true
• 4.If it is true, it will be compensated according to the value of the lost goods(the upper limit of compensation for the declare value is USD50)

Lost of entire goods

• It will be compensated according to the value of the lost goods(the upper limit of compensation for the declare value is USD50)
• The full shipping cost of the ticket will not be refunded. If you cannot bear this risk, please insure yourself.
• Attention： Pallet goods need to be banded by the manufacturer. If there is no banding, we will do the banding at the airport. The cost is MYR40/pallet.
• Ordinary small parcels/boxes are packed for free
• If you need to arrange self pick-up, you can get consult from customer service, specific address, cargo weight/carton number. Our company will quote the specific delivery cost according to the distance.

Special fast delivery using full-volume calculation, volume=Length*Width*Height(CM)/5000；

• Cargo Restrictions：
• 1. Packaging must be in a sturdy cardboard box with regular dimensions on all four sides. If the packaging does not meet the requirements, an additional fee of SGD 30 per item will be charged, with the additional fee applied to multiple items.
• 2. For single items weighing less than 25KG, with a single side dimension ≤120CM and a combined dimension ≤75; items exceeding these limits will be charged an additional fee of SGD 30 per item, with the fee stacked for multiple items.
• 3. For shipments exceeding 100kg in weight or RMB 5000 in declared value, an additional fee of RMB 180 per shipment will be charged.

Terms & Conditions

• For Singapore Air Freight, parcel weighing ≥40KG will be incur an overweight fee of RMB250-750/each at local delivery point. Please contact to our customer service for details.
• Air Freight start shipping from lowest 1kg (unit calculation method: 1.1kg , 1.2kg , 1.5kg in 2kg)

• The Actual weight and Dimensions Weight calculations will be based on the measurement of the warehouse as the final standard.
• Each Parcel will be charged MYR 1.50 for package fee.
• Additional charge for packing with sack(MYR4/each).
• Air Freight to Malaysia included customs clearance and delivery door to door service, Tax Not Included.
• If the sender falsifies, the additional costs incurred for reporting the reasons, and refusal to pay taxes will be borne by the sender.
• All sensitive goods are found to be returned, fined, and confiscated are not related to our company, the Air Freight Charges is not refundable (cost has been generated), if you need to reschedule the sensitive goods services, the sender needs to re-pay the freight charges again.
• The above freight charges does not include destination tax, fines, other miscellaneous fees and return fees and damage fees caused by the recipient. If the above fees are refused by recipient, the cost will automatically transfer to the sender and the sender must be pay without any reason.
• If the fragile goods or the easily crushed goods, liquid, long items are damaged or burst during transportation, this case will not be able to apply for compensation. Therefore, the fragile goods and the goods that are easily crushed should be packaged well or using wooden frame/wooden box.
• Note: Glass and mirrors are not accepted for shipment. If the customer insists to ship, he/she needs to bear the risk by own (protection layer such as wooden racking is required)
• Note: In the rainy season, please make sure to prepare water-proof packaging before shipping in order to avoid damage to the goods during the transfer process, if have any damage of the goods no compensation cannot be applied.
• Any goods sampled or confiscated by the Customs will not be able to apply for compensation.
• Weapons, animals, plants, currency, flammables, high pressure gas (spray), dangerous goods, alcohol, drugs, tobacco, white powder and all IATA restricted items are prohibited items.
• Before received the parcel, you need to check that the parcel is in good condition. If you find that the parcel is unusual, please indicate the problem on the consignment slip, photo taken, parcel weighed and submit to our customer service within 48 hours.
• For high value items, please seek for customer service assistance.
